1st Day of journey: Cluj Napoca – Tg. Mures – Corund – Satu Mare – Pustiana: Oh well well what can i say just like in the 69 eyes song… but now for real. early in the morning i was already awake, i don’t know for what reason because basically i could have slept about like an hour more. vähä jännitti ehkä. but it doesn’t matter anymore. It kind of i think went in the wrong way the whole trip from the moment when arrived to Tg. Mures first because we have found out that the city center is closed for traffic so i could not meet up with Ildi for picking her up and we had to chose a new place. Said and done, I thought was all fine after she will gave me my notes I can happily present to the Finnish public what’s about the city, but NOT. It seemed like the only note missing, she forgot to print was exactly Tg. Mures. oh well well i still remembered some of the stuff i wrote about and besides it was the day before when i translated the whole thing. Well we went on, first thing we wanted to look at was closed and all that stuff. GRR i mean come on!!! was such a great weather and everything and we had to fuck up the whole thing with this. Okay, so then the rest which let’s say went okay, up to that point when we had to leave to the restaurant for lunch and we got lost. OH how great what can i say, but after all we have found our way and it turned out that we had a delicious lunch. So then went on to the next station which actually was supposed to be Szovata and Parajd but because of lack of time we had to miss the fun. Then stopped at two placed to look around…and FINALLY heading to destination: Pusztina. About that i have to tell that it is quite a challenge to get there, we’ve got lost a several times, but laughed really badly at some point when tiredness and all that met at around almost 11PM.

2nd day od Journey: Pustiana: Okay so i think the second day of the journey when somewhat better, although going to a church is not my cup of tea and especially not when it comes it to be in Romanian cause i didn’t get half of the things although i speak the language. Was interesting though, but thanks i don’t want to go again…the only thing i’ve been wondering that here most of the people are Hungarian and still they can’t have their own church stuff in Hungarian…too bad. After that we had some cultural stuff that i missed almost as whole because we had some problems in the program and had to make it work out all the way with seeing what’s possible, but then after lunch we went to a picnic, which turned out to no to be such great when the thunders and all that arrived when we hit the road to the destination. Ok, was raining for about 15 minutes but we’re heroes and survived it. Yeee! We had dinner there, some grilled chicken and some of us came home, the rest to the bar haha. Indeed, not just a stereotype, Finn CAN (so here I mean if they want to) drink a lot without being even tipsy.

3rd day of Journey: Pustiana – Lacul Rosu – Cheile Bicazului – Tg. Secuiesc: I have to say that this was supposed to anyways be my fav day since it has the most amazing landscapes. I enjoyed myself really much having the chance after few years to “climb” the rocks near the river in Cheile Bicazului. Initially we were supposed to also take a look at Saint Anna Lake and also walk to a cave, but the torrential rain and thunderstorm just didn’t wanted to let us do it so. But luckily we arrived to our hostel for evening and could sleep a bit after a long day. And here also i have got as present from the group some Finnish souvernirs like Koskenkorva, a book by Anja Snellman, beautiful cups, sweets and Lauri’s New World CD.

4th Day of Journey: Tg. Secuiesc – Sf. Gheorghe – Brasov – Albesti – Cluj Napoca: As of the sekler museum was closed the day before in Miercurea Ciuc, managed to still save the plan: there is one similar museum in my home town so we went there and looked around. Brasov was beautiful as always, like very much and seemingly everyone enjoyed it also just as much as i did. Our last stop before arriving back to Cluj was at Albesti, the place where supposingly Sandor Petofi was shot. We wanted also to take a walk around Sighisoara’s castel but it was impossible because of the time we had, also one of the group members already had a bus to Budapest that evening, so :( we arrived back to Cluj and i went straight home taking a shower and back then to their hostel where a few more of my groupmates came too and had a last talk with the Finnish students until sometimes midnight i think.
